That's the whole list. Whole limes, sliced into wheels and dried slowly — no added sugar, no sulfites, no preservatives, no oil. Nothing else, ever.

Storage & shelf life

Shelf-stable — no refrigeration needed. Store sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Reseal the pouch after opening so the wheels stay snappy rather than bendy. Best flavour and colour within 6 to 8 months of opening.
