How long does dried fruit last?
Everything we make is shelf-stable — no refrigeration needed. Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight, and reseal the pouch after each use. Each product page has storage guidance under Storage & shelf life.
Is there any added sugar or preservatives?
No. None of our products contain added sugar, sulfites or preservatives.
Most are a single ingredient — our lemon wheels, for example, are just lemon. Some combine ingredients: our mixed citrus packs, ABC Powder (apple, beetroot and carrot) and Spiced Pineapple (pineapple, chili powder and sea salt). The full ingredient list is on every product page.
How long until my order is ready?
Processing: please allow 1–2 business days for us to pack your order before it ships.
Delivery: standard shipping then takes 2–8 business days, depending on your province. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Pickup: in-stock items are usually ready within 24 hours. Please wait for our ready for pickup email before coming by — it tells you how to collect your order.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship within Canada only at this time.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund — see our Returns & Replacements policy.
How many drinks does a garnish pack make?
We use one wheel per drink. Packs are filled by weight, so wheel counts are approximate — each product page lists the approximate count for every size, including the Assorted Citrus Pack.
How do I use dehydrated citrus wheels?
Float a wheel straight on your Old Fashioned, G&T or spritz — no prep needed. They also work in sparkling water, iced tea, baking and on charcuterie boards.
Do you offer wholesale?
