Refund policy

Because our products are food, we are unable to accept returns. Once an order leaves our kitchen it cannot be restocked or resold — but we absolutely want you to be happy with your order, and we will make it right if something goes wrong.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item, or is not what you ordered, email thedrydelicious@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a quick photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. No need to ship anything back.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your order is lost, or it has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, get in touch. We will work with the carrier to find it or send a replacement.

Order changes and cancellations

Every order is made in small batches to order. If you need to change or cancel, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually help if your order has not shipped yet.
