Shipping policy
Every order is made fresh. Dry Delicious products are dried and packed in small batches in Toronto, Ontario. Please allow 3–5 business days for us to prepare your order before it ships.
Delivery estimates
Once your order ships, typical delivery times are:
- Canada: 2–8 business days, depending on your province
- United States: 5–10 business days
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping rates
- Free shipping on orders over $50 — applied automatically at checkout for Canada and the USA.
- For orders under $50, shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
US orders
US orders ship from Canada. Our dried fruit and vegetable products are shelf-stable and ship safely without refrigeration. Any customs duties or import fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays
Carrier delays, holidays and weather can occasionally add a few days. If your order seems stuck in transit, get in touch and we will track it down.
